Services for Kate Boothe, 81, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Earl Hood will officiate.

Ms. Boothe passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at her home.  She was born March 8, 1943 in Konawa, OK to Lloyd Douglas and Helen Lorene Murray Klutts.

Ms. Booth retired from the Air Force.

Survivors are her son, Shawn Hughes of Ada; four grandchildren, Kaylee Rae Hughes-Chapman, Keric Douglas Lane, Dillan Douglas Hughes, and Autumn Grace Crandall; and her caregiver, Debra McDonald; and best friend and caregiver, Shelly Beauchamp.
