TULSA-Services for Karen Lynn Collier, 60, Tulsa, formerly of Ada, are 12:00 Noon Thursday at the Criswell Chapel, Rev. John Haynes officiating. Burial follows at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Collier died on Sunday, August 17, 2008, at a Tulsa hospital. She was born January 23, 1948, in Ada to Clifford Carroll and Lorice Billings Collier. She attended school in Ada and graduated from Ada High School in 1966. She graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She retired three weeks ago as an administrative assistant for Merrill Lynch Company. Ms. Collier was a member of South Tulsa Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Richard Taliaferro, Phoenix, Arizona; two brothers, Terry Collier and wife Debra, Tulsa; and Don Collier and wife Barbara, Caney, Kansas; four nieces, Lynn Kavulich, Kathy Collier, Amber Collier and Ashton Collier; and one nephew, Erik Scott..
