Julie Harlan

Julie Beth Harlan, 62, of Ada, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2026, at her home. She was born February 20, 1964, in Ft. Worth, TX, to Julian Byron and Elizabeth Ann Coale Harlan.

On December 24, 2021, she married Thomas Dale Palmer. She was a Property Manager for FDI Management.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Palmer; son, Phillip Whitmer, Jr; daughters, Ashley Whitmer and Kristie Whitmer; brother, Julian Harlan; sisters, Sheila Harlan-Barrett and Kim Harlan-Washburn; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Liam.

She was preceded in death by her father, Julian Harlan.
