Judy Horne

Graveside services for Judy Horne, 79, of Ada will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 8th at Rosedale Cemetery. At the request of Mrs. Horne there will be no viewing or visitation.

Judy went to see her savior on January 5, 2020. Judy was born November 14, 1940 to Bud B. and Raye Christine Kennamer Ruble in Ada, OK. Judy lived most of her life in Ada. She attended kindergarten thru high school in Ada and while attending East Central University she met the love of her life, Lee Horne. They were married June 3, 1961. They spent three years in Pawnee and five years in Lawton while Lee was coaching football. In 1970 they returned to Ada where they would live the rest of their lives and raise a family.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents Bud (1999) and Raye Ruble (2001) and her husband Lee Horne (2009).

She is survived by two sons, Steve Horne and wife Allison, and their sons Zachary Horne and Joshua Horne, Ada; and Jay Horne and wife Kenda, Ada, and their son Cameron Horne, Norman; sister-in-law Twylah Horne, Ada, nephew Bill Horne Jr, Ada, nieces Jeonone Kessler, Edmond, and Jeanette Bagwell , Ada.
