JUDITH BLACK WHOMBLE
ROFF-Memorial services for Judith Norene Black Whomble, 66, of Roff, are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home.
Ms. Whomble died Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at her home. She was born January 30, 1946 at Oakland, California to Stanley Wentworth and Norene Lucille Laundrie Hoy. She attended grade school in Sacramento, California and graduated from high school in Tillamook, Oregon. She received a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University in 1966.
She married Jeffrey H. Black on June 15, 1966. He preceded her in death on January 7, 1995. She later married Jack Whomble. Ms. Whomble was a homemaker and a former member of the Ada Sunrise Rotary Club.
Survivors include two sons, Peter Black of Ada, and Andrew Black of Houston, TX; four grandchildren, Jason Black, Lightning Ridge, Nicole Black, Konawa, Aaron Black, Pensacola, FL, and Jeffrey Black, Houston, TX; three great grandchildren; and two sisters, Jane Bigalow, Eugene, OR, and Jo Ann Ford and husband Mike, Bend, OR.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Jeffrey H. Black.
