Judith Huffstutlar
Services for Judith Huffstutlar, 82, of Allen will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 30, 2026, at Richmond Avenue Free Will Baptist Church; Rev. Bobby Briggs will officiate. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel in Allen.
Judith Anne (Ward) Huffstutlar was born on the 11th day of April 1943 in a farm house north of the community of Non, OK to Floyd and Eula Ward. She was the youngest of 6 children and grew up in the Gerty area where she attended school.
Judy graduated from Gerty High School in 1961 and went on to attend college at East Central University in Ada, OK where she earned a bachelor's degree in Education and later a master's degree as well.
She married Frank "Red" Huffstutlar on June 21st, 1965 and they made their home in the Allen, OK area for the next 60 years. Judy taught elementary school for 37 years in Boise City, Atwood, and Allen Oklahoma. She delighted in her grandkids and never missed a chance to brag about them. She enjoyed sewing, cooking for her family, and feeding her humming birds. She attended Richmond Ave Free Will Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and led a Sunday school class.
She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Eula Ward, two brothers James "Sonny" and Kenneth, and three sisters Wilma, Frances "Sis", and Janelle.
She is survived by her husband Frank, of the home, her son Jerry Huffstutlar and his wife Cindy of OKC. Six grandchildren Kady Huffstutlar-Teeter and her husband Chance of OKC, Caleb Huffstutlar of Allen, Joshua Huffstutlar of Gainesville TX, Jillian Huffstutlar of River Falls WI and their mother Crystal Huffstutlar Kyle Leatherock and his wife Kyndel of OKC Zane Leatherock of OKC and three great grandchildren Ryan Teeter, Harper Leatherock and Theo Leatherock.
