Juanita Self

Memorial services for Juanita Jo Self, 72, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Wittnesses in Ada.

Mrs. Self passed away Friday, December7, 2018 at a local hospital. She was born July 2, 1946 at Alex, OK to Ozzie Stell and Avo Rella Hearon Bottoms.

She married Jerry Wayne Self July 20, 1962 at Pauls Valley. Mrs. Self was a homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry W. Self, of the home; two daughters, Angela Jo Self of Byng and LeAnn Barnes and husband Richard of Roff; two sons, John Self and wife Audra of Latta and James Self and wife, Katrina Moore of Marlow; a daughter-in-law, Karen Self of Byng; three brothers, Elbert Bottoms, Gary Bottoms and Paul Bottoms; two sisters, Patricia Richardson and Paulette Pickens; seven grandchildren, Lacy, Cody, Samantha, Stephanie, Derrick, Kristian and Kylie; 12 great-grandchildren; and other loving relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Bob, Johnny, Jerry and Loyd; four sisters, Rene, Alice, Dolly and Annabelle; a son, Marty Wayne; and a granddaughter, Madison Rae.
