JUANITA MCNEILL
ADA-Services for Juanita Marvine McNeill, 81, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church, Rev. Robert Ware will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. McNeill died Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at a local hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born February 15, 1927 at Roff, Oklahoma to Frank and Roxie Johnson Harber. She attended Lightning Ridge and Roff schools.
She married Floyd Harold McNeill on May 1, 1946 at Sherman, Texas. He preceded her in death. Mrs. McNeill worked for Byng schools, the Pontotoc County Election Board and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church, the Rebecca's of the International Order of Odd Fellows and the Good Sams.
Survivors include a daughter, Donneta McNeill Williams and husband Donald, Stonewall; two sons, Don R. McNeill and wife Debra, Ada, and Bart McNeill and wife Lynn, Ada; grandchildren, Dustin Norton, Deena Norton West, Douglas Williams, Allyson McNeill McElroy, Shawn McNeill, Aaron McNeill, Mesha McNeill, and Stacy Williams; great grandchildren, Shelby West, Christopher McNeill, Cole McElroy, Lucian Williams, and Stacie Williams; brothers, Ed Harber, Kingston, Lloyd Harber, Sulphur, Larry Harber, Shawnee, Dwight Harber, and James Harber; sisters, Carol Kirby, Sulphur, Brenda Blankenship, Ada, Geneva Dentson, Stratford, Donna Matthews, Ada, and Bonnie Cross, Ada; and her caregiver, Ellen Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Floyd H. McNeill, brothers, Arther Harber, Ronnie Browning, Jerry Harber, and Freddy Harber, and sisters, Joyce Harber and Mary Cannon.
Bearers will be Shawn McNeill, Dusty Norton, Aaron McNeill, Doug Williams, Danny West, and Mike McElroy.
