Joshua VanZant

Services for Joshua Tyler VanZant, 37, of Tecumseh are 9:00 a.m. Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Bro. Clint Dawkins will officiate.  Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery.

Joshua passed away Monday, September 22, 2025, at his home.  He was born April 27, 1988, in Shawnee to Robert Clayton VanZant, Sr. and Dawn Marie Meyers.

On May 11, 2009, he married Ashley Nicole Marquand.  He was a floor hand for St. Louis Well Service.

Survivors include his wife, Ashley; son, Brennan Layton VanZant-Tatum of Ada; daughter, Rylii Skyy VanZant of Tecumseh; parents, Robert and Dawn VanZant of Tecumseh; brothers, Robert Clayton VanZant, Jr. and wife Whitney of Hickory, OK and Ezekiel Alvin VanZant and wife Gaybriell Ann of Huntsville, TX; paternal grandmother, Rose Marie VanZant of Ada; and maternal grandmother, Loretta Pearl Meyers-Vaughn of Tecumseh.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Arnold Lee VanZant; and maternal grandfather, Alvin Ray Meyers.
