Joseph Sliger, Sr.

Services for Joseph Randall Sliger, Sr., 69, of Lehigh, Oklahoma will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Luke Fornea will officiate.  Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Sliger passed away February 20, 2026, in Los Angeles, CA.  He was born December 24, 1956, in California to Benjamin Joseph and Ruby Jewell Ellis Sliger.

On December 8, 2001, he married LaDawn Denise Kenyon.  He was a truck driver for Hazmat Trucking.

Survivors include his wife, LaDawn Sliger, of the home; mother, Ruby Rust and husband, Larry, step-father, of Ada; four sons, J.R. Sliger, of Ardmore, Bobby Sliger and wife Stacey, of Arkansas, Daniel Sliger and wife, Amy, of Arkansas, and Ben Sliger, of Arkansas; two daughters, Holly Keeler and husband, Timothy, of Atoka and Marilyn Gamm and husband, Johnny, of Atoka; one brother; seven sisters; 10 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; daughter, Amanda; brothers-in-law, Skip McCarthy and Dennis Paige; and mother-in-law, Bobbie Lee Isom.

Bearers will be Ben Sliger, Bobby Sliger, Daniel Sliger, Timothy Keeler, Larry Keeler, and Mike Hatton.  Honorary bearers will be Mike Nipps, James Gallaher, Terrence Isom, Dustin Keeler, and Larry Don Rust.
