Mr. Johnson died Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at his home. He was born December 25, 1935 in Texas to Calvin and Marie Everman Johnson. He lived in the Ada area all his life.
He married Barbara Johnson on January 14, 2008. Mr. Johnson was an electrician until his retirement. He was a member of Oak Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Johnson, of the home; one son, Cody Johnson, of the home; one step-daughter, Debbie Spoon, Shawnee ; a step-son, Terry Welch, II, Stonewall; one sister, Janie of Hawaii; and two brothers, Charles Johnson, Ada, and Tinker Johnson, Florida; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Robbin Welch and his parents.
