John Hollis

No services are planned at this time for John William Hollis, 63, of Ada.

Mr. Hollis passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at a local nursing home. He was born September 29, 1956 at Mt. Vernon, IL to J. W. "Bill" and Charlotte Ross Hollis. He graduated from Ada High School and attended East Central University and the University of Oklahoma. His favorite pastimes were hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his siblings, E. H. "Butch" Hollis, Hamilton, MT and Susan Hawkins and husband Phillip, Ada; two nephews, Casey Hawkins and wife Wendy and Zac Hawkins and wife Jennifer, all of Ada; a niece, Katie Hollis, Los Angeles, CA; and five great-nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Brendan Kaase.
