John Edward Hoffman

John Edward Hoffman, 83, of Ada, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in Ada. Services are pending at this time.

Born on April 28, 1941, in Albert Lea, Minnesota, John was the son of Michael and Olive (Fink) Hoffman. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and went on to build a successful career as the owner and operator of Brothers Auto Body Shop in Palm Springs, California. In 2020, John made Ada his home, relocating from Palm Springs to be closer to family.

John was a loving father to his daughter, Mitzi Powell, and son, Philip Hoffman. He cherished his role as a grandfather to his grandsons, Dillon Hoffman, Ryan Brust, and Justin Powell, as well as his granddaughter, Denny Spencer. John is also survived by his two brothers, Kenny Hoffman and David Hoffman. He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandson, Tyler Hoffman.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and service to both his country and his community.
