ADA-Graveside services for Joe Keith Coulson, 64, Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Lightning Ridge Cemetery. Rev. Ryan Humble will officiate.
Mr. Coulson died Friday, February 11, 2011 at his home. He was born January 28, 1947 in Ada, Oklahoma to Johnny and Marie Teel Coulson. He was adopted as a young child by his grandmother, Myrtle Coulson. He graduated from Byng High School in 1965.
Mr. Coulson was employed at Brockway Glass Company until his retirement in 2001.
Survivors include a son, Brian Coulson and his wife Jennifer, Yukon; a daughter, Jill McDonald and her husband Cory, Ardmore; his grandchildren, Coleman Whitmire, Ardmore, and Caden McDonald, Ardmore; a brother, L. B. Coulson, Roff; and a step-sister, Deborah Boomhower, California.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Teel; his mother, Marie Bratcher; his grandmother, Myrtle Coulson; two brothers, J. C. Coulson and Willie Coulson; and a step-sister, Denise Sweet.
