Mrs. Whitehead passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020 at her daughter's home. She was born December 9, 1934 at Wichita Falls, TX to R. G. Allen and Cora McCulley Belknap.

Mrs. Whitehead was a homemaker.

Survivors include her five children, LaDonna Balliett and husband Stephen, Stratford, Paris Woodhams and wife Dianna, Slana, AK, Tammie Woodhams, Colorado Springs, CO, Wendell Woodhams, Ashville, NC and Thomas Woodhams and wife Yvonne, Pueblo, CO; two sisters, Peachola Green, Gainesville, TX and Judy Farquhar, Clyde, TX; a brother, Vick Belknap, Pampa, TX; eleven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and other loving relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands, Thomas Woodhams, William Sweigart and Philip Whitehead; two brothers, Bud Belknap and LeeRoy Belknap; and a sister, Nancy Davis.
