JOAN KILLIAN
ADA-Services for Joan Killian, 75, Ada are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Randall Christy will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. Killian died Thursday, January 15, 2009 at her home. She was born August 20, 1933 at Ada, Oklahoma to William Telford and Hazel Daisy Partain Coventon. She attended Ada schools and graduated from Ada High School.
She married Weldon Killian January 11, 1951. Mrs.Killian was employed at the First National Bank and later she and her husband owned and operated the Village Inn Motel and Restaurant.
Survivors include her husband, Weldon Killian, of the home; one son, Tommy Killian and wife Leslie, Ada; one daughter, Teresa Killian, Ada; four grandchildren, Patrick Killian, Nikki Nelson, Tisha Killian, and Torri Killian; two great grandchildren, Saylie Nelson and Braden Nelson; and a cousin, Hazel Posey, Ada.
