JO ANN WOOD-CHANDLER
STRATFORD-Services for JoAnn Wood-Chandler, 81, of Stratford are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Shawn Wiebers will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Chandler died Sunday, September 15, 2013 at a local nursing home. She was born February 11, 1932 in Topeka, Kansas to George Endinger, Sr. and Bernice Snyder Endinger. She attended school in Arkansas and later beauty school.
She married Frank Granison Wood, Jr. on October 20, 1980 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on December 17, 1993. She later married John Chandler August 5, 1996. He preceded her in death September 4, 2006. Mrs. Chandler was a homemaker and had also worked as a home health care provider. She was a member of the Stratford First Baptist Church.
Survivors include three brothers, George Endinger, Jr. of Ada, James C. Endinger of Jacksonville, Florida, and Harry Joseph Endinger of Montgomery, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Ella Mae Epperson; and a brother, Duane Endinger.
Bearers will be Zaccary Endinger, George Endinger III, Michael Brown, Louis Patterson, Curtis Mast, and John Mann.
