Services for Jimmy Ray Turner, 69, of Ada are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Andy Arnold will officiate. Burial will follow at Byrd's Prairie Cemetery near Tupelo.

Mr. Turner passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at an Ada hospital.

He was born February 2, 1952 in Coalgate, Oklahoma to Preston and Nora Carter Turner.

Jimmy was a machine operator for Solo Cup Company until his retirement. Later, he worked for Hart Tackle.

Survivors include his wife, Freda Bates Turner, of the home; son, Sonny Turner; daughter, Jessica Turner; two brothers, Jacky Turner and Jerry Wayne Turner; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Ryan Babbit; daughters, Nicole Turner, Morgan Turner and Mikaila Turner; two sisters, Judy Turner and Shirley Martin; and two brothers, Ricky Turner and Bill Turner.
