Jimmie Perry

Graveside services for Jimmie Thomas Perry, 83, of Stonewall, will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hickory Hill Cemetery.  Military honors will be conducted by the Chickasaw Nation Honor Guard.

Mr. Perry passed away Monday, December 3 at his home in Stonewall.  He was born July 18, 1935 in Ada, OK to Gerald Perry and Josie Dunlap Perry.

Mr. Perry was a welder for 16 years at Pruitt Co., 11 years at Hibbard Bit Co. and was also self-employed.  He was a member of the Chickasaw Honor Guard, enjoyed going to rodeo's, coon hunting and auto racing.  He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 – 1964.

Survivors include his son, James "Waylon" Perry and wife Kortni of Pickett, 5 grandchildren; Rhiannon Perry, Eric Perry, Chance Perry, Jaxon Perry and Ryder Perry; 2 great grandchildren and a special friend, Joyce Stewart.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Donna Jean (Hodge) Perry and a son, James Garland Perry.

Bearers will be members of the Chickasaw Nation Honor Guard.
