Jimmy Neel

Services for Jimmy Harold Neel, 50, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate. Burial will follow at Midland Cemetery near Vanoss.

Mr. Neel passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Ada. He was born November 19, 1967 at Ada to James Alton and Brenda Pruitt Neel. He graduated from Vanoss High School.

He married Janet Teague July 16, 1992 at Lightning Ridge. Mr. Neel was a truck driver for ADA Energy and attended Cowboy Church.

Survivors include his wife, Janet, of the home; three children, Tessa Neel of Stratford, Allison Neel of Byng and Nicholas Neel of Ada; grandson, Hunter Moore; two granddaughters, Hadlee Moore and Harley Malone; his mother and step-father, Brenda and Johnny Pearson of Seminole; and two sisters, Jamsey Miller, Ada and Norma Wolfenbarger of Ada.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Neel and a brother, Warren Edward Neel.

Bearers will be Johnny Horton, Raymond Northam, L. D. Pierce, Kent Atwood, Jay Lee and J. T. Lee.
