JIMMY MAXWELL

FRANCIS-Memorial services for Jimmy Dean Maxwell, 53, Francis will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the New Hope Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Maxwell died Thursday, April 15, 2010 at a local hospital. He was born October 6, 1956 at Shawnee, Oklahoma to Billy Wayne and Rose Mary Obright Maxwell. He graduated from Shawnee High School and the Moore-Norman Vo-Tech.

He married Vickie Carol Nuckols on August 24, 2002. Mr. Maxwell was an auto-body mechanic, and had previously worked for the Chickasaw Nation in various capacities, Wrangler Company in Seminole and Preferred Lawn Care in Farmington, New Mexico. He was a member of New Hope Pentecostal Holiness Church and had served in the U. S. Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Vickie Maxwell, of the home; two daughters, Tamra Nuckols, McAlester, and Savannah Chapman and husband Kenneth, Ada; a son, Daniel Ferrara and Allie Ferrara, Ada; grandchildren, Kobe, Terrian, Lindsey and Bobbie Ann; four brothers, Larry Maxwell and wife Carla, Tecumseh, Randy Paxon and wife Sherri, Tecumseh, Johnny Paxon and wife Teresa, Farmington, NM, and Clint Paxon and wife Laurie, Tecumseh; two sisters, Jonie Wilson and husband Scott, Tecumseh, Donna Fullbright and husband Tony, Tecumseh; his step-mother, Joyce Maxwell, Shawnee; an aunt, Joy Farley and husband Eddie, Oklahoma City; an uncle, Jack Maxwell and wife Abby, Tecumseh; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Rose and Jim Paxon; his father, Bill Maxwell; and a nephew, Jarad Maxwell.
