JIMMY FOX

ADA-Services for Jimmy Lloyd Fox, 64, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Mary Ann Matthews and Mr. Jack Matthews will officiate. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors.

Mr. Fox died Monday, March 22, 2010 at an Oklahoma City Veterans Center. He was born April 6, 1945 at Ada, Oklahoma to Milton and Mary Loyd. He attended Byng High School. Mr. Fox served in the U. S. Navy from January 8, 1963 to June 9, 1964 during the Cuban Crisis. He was a pipe welder until his retirement and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Gospel Celebration Fellowship in Oklahoma City.

Survivors include eight children, James Fox, Shawnee, Bart Fox, Abilene, TX, Kimberly Fox, Abilene, TX, JimiLynn Fox, Lovington, NM, Donna Saaty and husband William, Ada, Trudy Lynn Mitchell and husband Jimmy, Tulsa, Robert Gallagher and wife Angie, Philadelphia, PA, and John Gallagher and wife Heather, Ada; nineteen grandchildren, Jessie Fox, Cody Fox, Tara Fox, Tisha Fox, Tanya Fox, Tristian Trevizo, Tori Ball, Anndrue Stevens, Cole Gallagher, Kohner Gallagher, Kaden Gallagher, Sean Thomas Sledd, Dawn Sledd, Joseph Saaty, Jourdian Saaty, Joshua Saaty, Matthew Saaty, Tyler Mitchell and Andrew Mitchell; one great granddaughter, Allie; a sister, Pam Ragland, Ada; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Edna "Joyce" Mosier.

Honorary bearers will be his grandsons.
