JIMMIE KIRK
ROFF-Services for Jimmie Leon Kirk, 70, Roff, are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Roff Pentecostal Holiness Church, Rev. Laverne Farmer will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery in Roff.
Mr. Kirk died Sunday, January 23, 2011 at a local hospital. He was born September 24, 1940 at Boswell, Oklahoma to James Patrick and Ila Samantha Ford Kirk. He attended school at Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
Mr. Kirk was a truck driver for D & D Logistics in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith and had served in the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his mother, Ila Samantha Kirk, Roff; a son, James Leon Kirk and his wife Renetta, Roff; a daughter, Barbara Spatz and Jack Clifton, Roff; a brother, George Matthew Kirk and his wife Linda, Roff; three sisters, Ella Mae Ross and husband Charles, Roff, Mary Brown and husband John, Granbury, TX, and Susie Householder and husband David, Paris, TX; his grandchildren, Amber Kirk and Jimmy, Roff, James Patrick Kirk and wife Felicia, Roff, Sarah Inez Kirk, Utah, and William Henry Spatz III, U.S.S. Shup, U.S. Navy; seven great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Bearers will be Junior Kirk, Timmy Kirk, Dustin Kirk, James Patrick Kirk, Tyler Wayne Lindsay, William Henry Spatz, III, Chris Householder, and Eric Householder. Honorary bearers will be Jack Clifton, William Henry Spatz, IV, and Richard Plumlee.
