STRATFORD-Graveside services for Jessie "Jake" Gray, 72, Stratford are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at McGee Cemetery in Stratford, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate.
Mr. Gray died Saturday, January 30, 2010 at his home. He was born April 30, 1937 at Stratford, Oklahoma to James B. and Myrtle Mae Mercer Gray. He lived in this area all his life.
Mr. Gray was a self-employed mechanic and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Phillips and husband Kim, Ada; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one sister, Bess Swallow, Stratford; three brothers, G. R. Gray, Stratford, Joe Gray, Stratford, and Gus Gray, Stratford; and two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Gray, Norman and Patsy Gray, Stratford.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, J. B. Gray, Baxter Gray, George Gray and Rex Gray.
