Jerry Norman

Services for Jerry Wayne Norman, 77, of Ft. Gibson, formerly of Stonewall are 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2024 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Linda Sizemore and David Atkins will officiate. Burial will follow at Melville Cemetery near Owl Creek, OK.

Mr. Norman passed away Monday, February 12, 2024 at a Tulsa hospital. He was born January 26, 1947 at Ada, OK to J. R. and Ada Mae Melville Lewis. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War from September 14, 1967 until being honorably discharged September 12, 1969.

Mr. Norman was a truck driver for Wagoner Trucking until his retirement.

Survivors include a son, Kevin Norman of Owl Creek; daughter, Heather Edwards and husband Leo of Velma; step-daughter, LaDonna Martin of Muskogee; sister, Phyllis Herrara and husband Jamie of Purcell; five grandchildren, Tyler Edwards, Dillion Edwards, Cody Edwards, Zachary Pilkington and Cameron Pilkington; and a great-grandchild, Zoey Pilkington.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Marjorie Louise Norman.

Bearers will be Leo Edwards, Tyler Edwards, Dillion Edwards and Cody Edwards.
