Jerry Warren

Jerry Dale Warren, 76, of Ada passed from this earth Tuesday, December 11, 2018. He was born November 30, 1942 in Asheville, NC to Hugh and Sophia Noblitt Warren.

A celebration of Jerry's life will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 18 at the Criswell Funeral Home in Ada. Long-time family friend Brother John Allen will officiate.

Jerry married the love of his life, Lillian Frances Rains, June 20, 1964 in Chattanooga, TN. He owned Trep Bail Bonds in Ada after retiring from more than 40 years with DX/Sunoco Pipeline. Jerry was affiliated with Oak Avenue Baptist Church. He also proudly served his country as a U.S. Army Reservist for four years.

Jerry lived his life to the fullest. He and Lillian loved to travel, especially cruising the Caribbean with his family. Jerry had many interests and had a passion for auto racing, shooting sports, old cars and motorcycles. He was a Life Member of the National Rifle Association and strongly supported the 2 ^nd Amendment. Jerry was also active with the Ada Gun Club and the Professional Bondsmen of the United States.

Jerry shared a special relationship with his only grandchild, Thomas Warren Trepagnier. They enjoyed attending car shows, target shooting and just hanging out with one another where Jerry was able to help mold Thomas into the young man he is today.

Survivors include his wife, Lillian, of the home; two daughters, Jennifer Warren and partner Bill Armstrong of Norman and Julie Trepagnier, husband Tom and grandson Thomas of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by two brothers, Ray Warren and wife Gail and Frank Warren and wife Betty, all of Chattanooga, TN as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Roy Warren and a sister, Dorothy Taylor.

Jerry's life touched and influenced many people whose lives were made richer by knowing him. He will be missed.
