Services for Jeremy Edward Crewse, 38, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Randy Golden will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakman Cemetery.

Mr. Crewse died Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at a local hospital. He was born September 28, 1983 in Ada, Oklahoma to Jimmy Dewayne Crewse, Sr. and Johnna Louise Gore Townsend.

He was a self-employed construction business owner.

Survivors include his mother, Johnna Townsend, of the home; wife, Crystal Crewse; one son, Dalton Crewse; two daughters, Haylie and Madison Crewse; two brothers, Jason Crewse and Jimmy Crewse, Jr.; two sisters, Debra Crewse and Stormy Kircher.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Dewayne Crewse, Sr.
