JEANETTE HAYES
STONEWALL-Services for Jeanette Mae Hayes, 75, Stonewall, are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Stonewall First Baptist Church, Revs. Gary Jamar and Richard Dickerson will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.
Ms. Hayes died Sunday, January 18, 2009 at her home. She was born May 11, 1933 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Clyde Gilbert and Mary Lela Newby Shue. She attended school in Morton, Texas and moved to Stonewall in 1964 from Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Ms. Hayes was the secretary at the Stonewall Baptist Church for 21 years and an active member of the church.
Survivors include three daughters, Belinda Griffin and husband Norman, Stonewall, Stacy Madron and Dharmendra Bommu, Colorado, and Paula Hall and husband Tim, Stonewall; one son, Mike Hayes and wife Jan, Ada; her grandchildren, Gaylen Griffin, Jennifer Griffin, Amy Mitchell, Nedra Munoz and husband Javier, Randall Madron and wife Laura, Michael Hayes, Les Hayes, Adam Hall and wife Randi, and Rachel Hall; great grandchildren, Clayton Griffin, Genesis Miller, McKenzie Miller and Cortny Miller, Colton Mitchell, Jon Madron, Cole Madron, and Oziel Munoz; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Martha Sue Shue, and three great grandchildren, Darren James, Haley Mae and Christian.
Bearers will be Gaylen Griffin, Les hayes, Randall Madron, Adam Hall, Evertee Pickens; and Marvin Carter, representing the deacons of Stonewall First Baptist Church. Honorary bearers are Michael Hayes and the Faith Sunday School Class.
