James Richard, Sr.

Services for James Harold Richard, Sr., 57, of Fittstown are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Don Jacob will officiate. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors.

Mr. Richard passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019 at his home. He was born May 9, 1962 at Hobbs, N.M. to Louis Harold and Tommie Lou Worcester Richard. He graduated from Byng High School. James received an Associate's Degree from Murray State College in Tishomingo.

He married Angela Carol Wilson September 24, 1984. Mr. Richard was a self-employed carpenter and had served in the U. S. Army.

Survivors include his wife, Angela, of the home; two sons, Curtis Walker and wife Lindsey of Pickett and James Richard, Jr. and wife Kim of Ponder, TX; a brother, David Richard of Ada; seven grandchildren, Maddie, Jolie, Lilly, Caylee, Karen, Jamie and Aubree; and a niece, Laticia Brown of Sulphur.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Tim Richard.
