Johnson, James M., of Hillsboro, Missouri was born July 3, 1960, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Glendal L. Johnson and Bonita (Smith) Johnson, and entered into rest, Friday, April 10, 2015, at St. Louis University Hospital, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of 54 years, 9 months and 7 days.
He is preceded in death by his father and his sister Dana Lea Johnson, and both sets of Grandparents: Robert L. and Georgia (Robertson) Johnson and Herman C.W. and Beulah (Rogers) Smith.
He is survived by His mother, Bonita (Smith) Johnson, his beloved wife, Lorna (Hutton) Johnson, of Hillsboro, Missouri, seven (7) children, Mark Johnson of Maine, Misty Johnson of Florida, John Michael Murdock of North Carolina, Robert Murdock of El Paso, TX, David LaFayette, Brenden LaFayette and Stanley LaJeuness of the home in Hillsboro Missouri; many grandchildren; one (1) sibling, Christopher B. Johnson of Farmington, Missouri; many aunts, uncles and cousins and his two (2) special dogs Ms. Priss and Princess.
James enjoyed hunting, fishing, jewelry making, coin collecting and working on his car. He loved studying his Bible and always looked for ways to serve his Lord. And he loved all his children & grandchildren deeply. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
