JAMES CHAMBERS
Tulsa- Services for James Lee Chambers, 68, of Tulsa, Oklahoma and formerly of Stonewall, Oklahoma are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Stonewall Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Tom Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Franks Cemetery.
Mr. Chambers died Monday, August 11, 2014 at a Tulsa hospital. He was born April 8, 1946 in Ada, Oklahoma to Uel Dean Chambers and Wilma Lee Brady Chambers.
He was a retired Electrician with Buffalo Gap I & E and previously self-employed with Quality Electric in Stonewall. Mr. Chambers was a member of Stonewall Assembly of God Church and the Ada Elks Lodge and Tulsa Moose Lodge.
Survivors include his partner, Gloria Clymon of the home; two sons, Justin Keith Chambers of Yukon, and Jeff Flowers of Bakersfield, CA; one daughter, Misty Norton of Oklahoma City; two step-sons, Scott Lumley and Stacy Lumley; his mother, Wilma Ledbetter of Tulsa; eight grandchildren, Kylie Chambers, Kristen Chambers, Kaitlyn Chambers, Christopher Norton, Chelsea Norton, Carter Norton, Melodie Maloy and Jaydn Flowers; two nephews, Dwain Chambers and James Ray Chambers; one niece, Sony Chambers.
He was preceded in death his father, two brothers, Gary Chambers and Ronnie Chambers and one step-sister, Becky Reager.
Bearers will be Dwain Chambers, Bobby Wright, James Ray Chambers and Scott Lumley.
