A visitation for James Allen Bottoms, 80, of Ada will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Bottoms passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.  He was born January 25, 1943, in Ada to James William and Opal Yarberry Bottoms.

Mr. Bottoms was a tile contractor until his retirement.  He loved hunting and watching anything related to sports, but most of all, he loved his family.

Mr. Bottoms is survived by his two sons, Jimmy Bottoms and wife Michelle, of Ada, and Chris Bottoms and wife Tomi, of McKinney, TX; two daughters, Jana Patterson, of Sapulpa and Darla Tinelli and husband Pete, of Houston, TX; 11 grandchildren, Fallon Gilbert, Tiffany Dewitt, Courtney Martin, Kayce Bottoms, Erin Roberson, Toby Tinelli, Chelsea Tanner, Tyler Bottoms, Blake Bottoms, Taylor Bottoms, and Britton Bottoms; and 16 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
