INEZ KOOPMAN

ADA-Services for Inez G. Koopman, 62, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Toby Ross will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Koopman died Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at a local hospital. She was born April 27, 1945 at Fresno, California to Julian Riley and Minerva Couthren Gibson.

She married Ervin Fred Koopman on August 8, 1968. He died June 20, 2004. Mrs. Koopman was a cook until her retirement.

Survivors include two daughters, Sabrina Arellanes and husband Alfredo, Ada, and Charlotte Swing, Stratford; five grandsons, David Yerby, Oil Center, Antonio Arellanes, Ada, Jose Arellanes, Ada, Miguel Arellanes, Ada, and Justin Hurley, Oklahoma City; a granddaughter, Julie Arellanes, Ada; five sisters, Geneva Hunt, Roff, Ruth Ann Holman, Tahlequah, Jewel Dean Carter, Ada, Elsie Sue Martin, WA, and Janie Faye Gibson, Muldrow, Ada; five brothers, Don Gibson, Rio Vista, CA, Robert Westley McCullar, Hobart, Jimmy Lee Gibson, Oakland, CA, Frank Gibson, MO, and Bill Gibson, Muldrow.

She was preceded in death by her father, Julian Riley Gibson, and her mother and step-father, Minerva and Lewis McCullar, and two sisters, Leona Morrison and Judy May Gibson.

Bearers will be David Yerby, Alfredo Arellanes, Jose Arellanes, Antonio Arellanes, and Clifford Hyatt.
