BRON WARREN
STONEWALL-Services for Hugh Bronson "Bron" Warren III, 28, Stonewall are 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Ada, Rev. Gary Jamar, Rev. Richard Dickerson and Jon Jamar will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m Monday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Bron Warren died Friday, Jan. 1, 2010, at his home in East Jesse. He was born June 19, 1981 at Ada, Oklahoma to Hugh Bronson Warren II and Allene Andrews Warren. He lived in this area all his life, attended Ada schools and graduated from Ada High School in 2000. While at Ada High School, he was active in football and band, serving as drum major in 1999 and 2000. He graduated from East Central University December 15, 2007 with a degree in Kinesology.
He married Jayma Gregory on October 15, 2005 in Ada. Bron was a member of the First Baptist Church of Stonewall, an Eagle Scout with Troop 13, and a member of the U.S. Team Roping Championships.
Survivors include his wife, Jayma Warren, of the home; his parents, Bronson and Allene Warren, Ada; a sister, Heidi Sivils and husband Daniel, Owasso; a nephew, Jaxon Sivils, Owasso; his grandmother, Mattie Warren, Ada; a great aunt, Grace George, Ada; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Cindy Gregory, Stonewall; his grandparents-in-law, Ted and Marilou Gardner, Byng; sister-in-law, Jacye Jamar and husband Jon, Stonewall; and other family members and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hugh Warren, Marlene and Thomas Allen Andrews.
Bearers will be Adam Stout, Trent Wallace, Brent Boatwright, Brian Smith, Greg Lovelis, Jon Jamar, Trey Cooper and Nick Buckley. Honorary bearers are Brett Douglas, Jamin Rice, Lance Ryans, Blake Cantrell, Justin McNutt, Toby Leddy and Daron Southerland.
The family says those who wish may make memorials to The American Cancer Society; Boy Scout Troop 13, c/o Darla Porter, First United Bank, 221 W. 12th Street, Ada, Ok, 74820; Halo Hospice, 1298 North Hills Centre, Ada, Ok, 74820; or the Bron Warren Memorial Scholarship Fund through the East Central University Foundation, c/o ECU, Box Y-8, Ada, Ok, 74820.
