BUSTER SUTTON
MADILL-Graveside services for Herbert Horace "Buster" Sutton, 89, Madill, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Rev. Richard Bailey officiating.
Mr. Sutton died Monday, July 28, 2008 at a Madill nursing home. He was born July 4, 1919, at Francis to Sam and Effie Leola Munger Sutton. He served in the U. S. Army Air Corps during WW II and was employed by the City of Ada at Rosedale Cemetery over 15 years.
He married Lola Jane Dickerson on November 13, 1954, at McAlester.
Survivors include his wife, Lola Sutton, of the home; one son, Dennis Ray Sutton, Ada; two grandsons, Wayne Sampson, Dallas, and Michael Shane Sampson, Oakman; one great granddaughter, Katelin Jane Sampson, Oakman; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Jimmy Sampson, and a brother, Earl Sutton.
Honorary bearers are nephews, Roy Turnbull, Stacey Elkins, Greg Alexander, E. J. Gibson and Zac Haney.
