HELEN M. WHITE
TULSA-Graveside services for Helen M. "Nonnie" White, 93, Tulsa, formerly of Ada, are 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Bob Langston will officiate.
Mrs. White died Sunday, January 6, 2008 at a Tulsa care center. She was born on August 31, 1914 in Ada to Frank and Dellie Dora Bartley Meaders. She graduated from Ada high school, and later graduated from East Central University.
She married Robert "Bob" White on February 5, 1938. He died on March 28, 1997. Mrs. White was a retired elementary school teacher. She was a longtime member of the Boston Avenue United Methodist Church of Tulsa.
Survivors include a daughter, Kathy Pool, Tulsa; son, Robert H. White, Tulsa; two granddaughters, Kristen Warner, Lantana, FL, and Leslie Painter, Pompano Beach, FL; two great grandchildren, Paige Painter and Andy Painter.
