Hazel Breedlove

Services for Hazel Marie Breedlove, 85, of Ada were 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. David Gray officiated. Burial followed at Bower Cemetery near Eufaula.

Hazel passed away Friday, October 13, 2017, at Brookdale Assisted Living in Ada surrounded by family. She was born March 21, 1932, at Mellette to James Bart and Lona Dover Gray. She attended Oak Grove schools.

She married Fred Breedlove December 26, 1953 at Eufaula. He preceded her in death September 21, 2000 at Shawnee. Mrs. Breedlove retired from Putnam City Public School Systems. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Ada.

Survivors include a daughter, Pat Charboneau and her husband Dan; a son, Freddie Breedlove and his wife Angela; her grandchildren, Tiffany and Jay Garrison, Kyle and Casey Charboneau, Chance and Melissa Breedlove, Coltt Breedlove, Cache and Erika Breedlove; her great grandchildren, Autumn, Maddie and Sierra Breedlove, Crue Hayes and Callahan Breedlove and Benjamin Garrison; a sister, Myrl Newport; and brother, Carl Gray.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Fred Breedlove; brothers, Buddy Gray, Curt Gray, G. W. Gray and Bart Gray; and sisters, Ruby Brimmer and Wanda Gray.

Honorary pall bearers were Tiffany Garrison, Kyle Charboneau, Chance Breedlove, Coltt Breedlove and Cache Breedlove.
