H. G. Williams
ADA-Memorial services for Harold Gene Williams, 86, Ada were 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Father John Norvell will officiated.
Mr. Williams died Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in Ada. He was born October 7, 1928 in Seminole to W. B. and Edith R. Edgemon Williams. He graduated from Wolf High School and attended Oklahoma State University.
He married Billie Jean Lovin Waller October 3, 1969. She preceded him in death February 17, 2010. Mr. Williams was a chemist for Carnation Company and later he owned and operated Cryogenic Services, Inc. He had a relationship with God and was a member and lay reader at St. Luke's Episcopal Church for many years. He was a 32 degree Mason and Shriner.
HG loved a good home cooked meal from his family. He would always say "I'll have to remember this place." He loved spending time with his family and telling jokes. After he retired, he loved to sit outdoors by a fire and listen to traditional country.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Rains and husband Mark, Atoka; brother, Dr. Robert Waller and wife Rhoda, Oklahoma City; four grandchildren, Stefanie Tweedy and husband Greg, Ada, Lindsay Glenn and husband Eric, Ada, Matthew Waller and Chloe Waller, both of Oklahoma City; and one great-grandson, Codee Glenn.
