Dink Wofford

Services for Harold Ray (Dink) Wofford, 69, of Allen were 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Allen First Baptist Church, Revs. Richard Bailey and Chad Kaminski officiated. Burial followed at Lula Cemetery.

Mr. Wofford passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 at an Ada hospital. He was born March 4, 1948 at Allen to Earl and Jaunita Williams Wofford. He graduated from Allen High School in 1966.

He married Brenda Sue Tyler May 14, 1972 in Ada. Mr. Wofford was a Brakeman for BNSF Railroad and he was also a rancher. He was of the Baptist faith and had served in the National Guard for six years.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda, of the home; two sons, Chuck Wofford and wife Lacey and Brad Wofford and wife Angela; and seven grandchildren, Shayla Wofford, Owen Wofford, Tinsley Wofford, Rayne Wofford, Maddox Wofford, Brax Wofford and Clete Wofford.

Bearers will be Michael Bailey, Jeff Ward, John Cundiff, Jed Bailey, Chuck Wofford, Brad Wofford, Craig Wofford, Jamie Wofford and Chris Johnson. Honorary bearers will be Charles Cannon, Ed Windell, Ronnie Smith, Marion Borders, Johnny Boyles and Danny McDougal.
