Memorial services for Gwendolyn Dee McIntosh, 29, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2024 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel.

Ms. McIntosh died June 15, 2014 in Catahoula, LA. She was born August 15, 1985 in Oklahoma City to Ben McIntosh and Angela Miller McIntosh.

Survivors include her mother, Angela McIntosh; father, Ben McIntosh; son, Daniel White, Jr.; daughter, Angelia St. Claire White; sister, Arletha Lowe; brothers, Terren Lowe and Leon Lowe; half-brother, Kenny McIntosh; three half-sisters, Rochelle McIntosh, Tondra McIntosh, and Tandra McIntosh; and step-mother, Donna McIntosh.
