Gracie Lucille Hulsey, 89, of Stonewall, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Cornerstone Specialty Hospital in Shawnee.  She was born June 12, 1934, in Connerville to Leonard and Beulah Heath Lewis.

Mrs. Hulsey enjoyed basketball, working puzzles and reading.  She had an outgoing personality and loved visiting with people.  Mrs. Hulsey was a member of Blue Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Scotty Hulsey and his wife, Ada of Stonewall; grandchildren, Jeffery Hulsey and his wife, Lisa, and Josh McCown; great grandchildren, Seth Hulsey, Savannah McCown, Brody McCown, and Hayden McCown; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Hulsey was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Bill Hulsey; son, Billy Hulsey; three brothers, A.J. Lewis, Cecil Lewis, and James Lewis; and two sisters, Linda Maxwell and Audra Timmons.
