GLEN JAMES
ADA-Memorial services for Glen Stevenson James, 58, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Central Church of Christ, Harold Williams will officiate.
Mr. James died Monday, July 26, 2010 at his home. He was born July 25, 1952 at Shidler, Oklahoma to Frank W. and Nadean Burdick James. He graduated from Ponca City High School.
He married Misty D. Horton on May 9, 2009 at Ada, Oklahoma. Mr. James was a maintenance worker at Valley View Regional Hospital for the past 10 years. He served in the U. S. Army from February 14, 1972 until being discharged on October 1, 1973.
Survivors include his wife, Misty D. James, Ada; five sons, Randy Glen James, Ada, Aaron Todd James, Ada, Brian James, Stillwater, Jeromy James, Marion, KS, and Jeffrey James, Ada; two daughters, Abigail Reese James, Ada and Tina James, Stillwater; eight sisters, Judy Chambers, Tulsa, Mona Clifton, Ponca City, Dorothy Fleharty, Ponca City, Peggy Katra, Osage City, KS, Beckey Helms, Davenport, OK, JoDean Birdwell, Arkansas City, KS, Billie Carlson, Ada, and Brenda Ferguson, Rose, OK; three brothers, Tom James, Ft. Worth, TX, Wayne James, Amarillo, TX, and Landon Jefferson, Dewar, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
