GENEVIEVE WALLACH
ADA-Graveside services for Genevieve Eleanor Wallach, 91, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. John Haynes will officiate.
Mrs. Wallach died Sunday, November 2, 2008 at a Shawnee hospital. She was born March 8, 1917 at Ames, Iowa to Herbert J. and Cora Farmer Kane. She attended Horace Mann elementary school and graduated from Ada High School. She attended East Central State College.
She married Joe Wallach on December 24, 1935. He died in 1967. Mrs. Wallach was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Ada.
Survivors include two sons, Joey Wallach, Ada, and Tommy Wallach and wife Cindy, Denison, Texas; two daughters, Jane Hood and husband Don, Moore, and Charlotte Risner and husband Steve, Bartlesville; five grandchildren, Dr. Jeff Hood and wife Kim, Ada, Joe Don Hood, Oklahoma City, Mandy McDade, Bartlesville, Steven Risner, Bartlesville, and Whitney Jordan and husband Laurence, Dallas, TX; and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Richard Wallach, and brothers, Paul Kane and Rusty Kane.
