BUCKY PETERS
SHAWNEE-Services for Frederick Dale "Bucky" Peters, 37, Shawnee, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Allen High School Auditorium. Burial will follow at Non Cemetery.
Mr. Peters died June 6, 2008. He was born October 26, 1970 at Denver, Colorado to James Loyd and Jewell Probasco Peters. He attended grade school in Allen and graduated from Allen High School in 1989. He also attended East Central University in Ada.
He worked as a plumber and was employed with Bob's Plumbing in Norman, Oklahoma. Mr. Peters served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Desert Storm and Somalia.
Survivors include one son, Brody Peters, Shawnee; and his ex-wife, Amy Hunt, Shawnee; his mother, Jewel Probasco, Aurora, Colorado; two brothers, Dusty Peters, California, and Gary Pugh, Colorado; two sisters, Carmen Peters, California, and Lana Pugh, Colorado; and other loved ones including, Kristi Hunt, Max and Jolene Hunt, and Danny and Freda Holder.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Peters.
Bearers are Chris Nickerson, Chris Caldwell, Benny Holder, Justin Holder, Shannon Sanders, Robbie Wells, Ronnie Davis, and Steven Caldwell.
