FRANK RISNER
TULSA-Memorial services for Franklin Douglas Risner, 56, Tulsa, formerly of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Asbury United Methodist Church, Pastor Rick Woodward will officiate.
Mr. Risner died Thursday, January 27, 2011 at his home. He was born September 30, 1954 in Ada, Oklahoma to Benjamin Franklin and Emma Kathryn Hink Risner. He attended Irving grade school and graduated from Ada High School. He attended East Central University for one year.
Mr. Risner was a Refrigeration Technician for Aaon Refrigeration Co. in Tulsa for the past four years. He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church and had served in the U. S. Army from 1972 until 1980.
Survivors include a son, Benjamin Franklin Risner, Ada; a grandson, Van Benjamin Risner, Ada; his mother, Emma Kathryn Risner, Bartlesville; two sisters, Etta Jane Barrett, Ada and Carolyn Louise Burns, Ada; and a brother, Steven Powell Risner, Bartlesville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Franklin Risner, a sister, Bennie Katherine Risner, and an infant brother, Roger Wayne Risner.
