Services for Frances Kathryn Ferguson, 100, of Ada will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Kenny Morrison will officiate.  Burial will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Kingfisher Cemetery, Kingfisher, OK.

Mrs. Ferguson died Thursday, August 22, 2019 at her home.  She was born August 6, 1919 in Kingfisher to Clarence and Flossie Leighton Jenkins. She graduated from Kingfisher High School and came to this area in 1948.

She married A. J. Ferguson. He preceded her in death June 18, 1989.  Mrs. Ferguson retired from Ada Greenhouse after 26 years as a bookkeeper.  She was a member of the Tanti Study Club, Ada Garden Club and affiliated with the First Baptist Church. She appeared in the Ada Antics production, which benefitted Valley View Hospital.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie F. and Mark McWhirter of Ada; her son, Eddie Ferguson of Ada; three nephews, two great-nieces; five great great-nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
