FRANCES CANTWELL
ADA-Services for Frances Ramer Cantwell, 81, Ada, are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Morris Memorial Baptist Church, the Rev. Gary Jamar officiating. Burial will follow at Lightening Ridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Cantwell died Friday, July 17, 2015, at a Midwest City hospital. She was born Feb. 16, 1934, to W.J. and Ramer Morrison at Duncan. She graduated from Roff High School and East Central University. She was an elementary teacher at Wanette and Latta Schools. She was a long time active member of Morris Memorial Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher.
She and Leroy Cantwell were married July 7, 1953. He died July 5, 2003.
Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Pennington and her husband Wade of Ada; three sons, Hershel Cantwell and his wife Shellie of Ada, Kevin Cantwell and his wife Traci of Roff, and Kent Cantwell and his wife Amy of Ada; nine grandchildren, Kelly Reed, Kyle Cantwell, Kasey Brundidge, Cortnee Tucker, Layni Cantwell, Lenzi Cantwell, Luke Cantwell, Ethan Cantwell and Cole Cantwell; and four great-grandchildren.
