FRANCES WOOD
TUCSON, ARIZONA-Graveside services for Frances C. Wood, 91, Tucson, Arizona, formerly of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Bob Langston will officiate.
Mrs. Wood died Monday, April 4, 2011 in Tucson. She was born January 25, 1920 in Hugo, Oklahoma to Edward Adam and Lily Spradley Clark. She graduated from high school and attended Southeastern Teacher's College.
She married Eldon D. (Curly) Wood on February 15, 1941 in El Reno, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death August 4, 1986. She later married Olaf Hoggard in 1995. He died in Cushing, Oklahoma in 1995. Mrs. Wood moved to the Tucson area in 2004 from Ada.
Mrs. Wood was a nurse for Dr. Muntz in Ada and was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include a sister, Eva M. Gentry and numerous nieces and nephews.
