FLOYD WAYNE FARMER
ADA-Graveside services for Floyd "Wayne" Farmer, 69, Ada, are 10:00 a. m. Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Claudie Alford will officiate.
Mr. Farmer died Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at a local hospital. He was born April 6, 1938 at Gaar Corner, Oklahoma to Willie Lee and Emma Rosetta Reed Farmer. He attended Parish Chapel school and Vanoss High School.
He married Mary Jane Bottoms on August 15, 1958 in Ada, Oklahoma. Mr. Farmer was a mill manager for S & S Feed in Shawnee, retiring after 32 years of service. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane Farmer, of the home; four daughters, Rhonda Sutton and husband Kerry, Tupelo, Tracy Farmer, Ada, Wendy Farmer, Ada, and Holly Wheeler, Ada; and four grandchildren, Michael Keys and wife Jennifer, Ada; Meagan Wheeler, Ada; Trevor Sutton, Tupelo; and Jourdan Wheeler, Ada.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Lorene and Lavada, and three brothers, Lawrence, Gene and Homer.
