Floyd Cranford

Graveside services for Floyd Cranford, 91, of Stonewall are 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Lula Cemetery, Weldon Cravey will officiate.

Mr. Cranford passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at a Sulphur Veterans Center. He was born October 9, 1925 in Lula to Early and Gertrude Elliott Cranford. He attended Pleasant Hill schools.

He married Edith Hatton September 28, 1949. She preceded him in death November 6, 2001. Mr. Cranford was a rancher and farmer and had served in the U. S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include two sons, Dale Cranford and wife Gwen, Stratford and Frank Cranford and wife Kay, Stonewall; a brother, Jim Cranford and wife "Snooks", Manhattan, KS; four grandchildren, Connie, Justin, Willie and April; and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, four brothers and two sisters.
